The two graphic equalisers are Audio Batons, originally developed in 1959 by Blonder Tongue in the US, providing seven filter bands, as well as general high and low-pass filtering. Behind him you can see the Prevost film viewing machine in Room 13, with the 'Glowpot' desk in between. This mixer was later moved into Room 11.
Brian demonstrates the variable speed Leevers-Rich tape machine. The 'Glowpot' desk, on which there rests the autoharp and EMT echo plate control box, is to the rear, along with two graphic equalisers, three PEUs and the trolley rack associated with the mixer.
